So decided to pay in person. The receptionist handed me a bill for $ 526.70 I was shock to learn that they charged me $ 115.00/hr but had quoted me $ 75.00 plus $ 80.00 for service call over the phone. The employees showed up at 3:00 pm and left at 5:30 pm. ( 2 1\2 h ) I was also charged another half hour plus $ 35.00 for turning the top braquet. You would think it would be included in the labor.

Maurice, Sorry for your expierience and would like to take a moment of your time to explain our billing System. We charge 75.00 per hour for lead installer and 115.00 per hour for lead installer with helper. The Service / installation truck that was sent for your repair had 2 men in it and is usually is a good value for the customer, as the work can be done twice as fast with 2 persons as it would be for one. the second man is only an extra 40.00 per hour. Due to the fact we were sending two men in the truck we deducted the quoted service call to $60.00 instead of the quoted $80.00 as per our quote. The time we charge is by the 1/2 hour and we were on site at 2:55 pm and competed door reinstallation at 5:30 pm and this comes to 3 hours on site... I would also like to clarify that the $35.00 charge was for the quick Closing brackets (parts required out of our inventoryt) that were required to have your door and operator system work correctly in the space you had from floor to cieling. We hope this clarify's the situtation but if not please contact me at our office so we can try to address any issues you may have.
